This program is designed for Denver and Front Range customers.  Through the EWP, all printer repair and parts are included at no additional charge when you purchase B2B’s EWP cartridges.  This program is perfect for companies with 10 or more printers under contract

B2B DIRECT SERVICEMAX PROGRAM

Also designed for Denver area and Front Range customers, the ServiceMax Program includes highly discounted printer repair and parts for customers who purchase their print supplies exclusively from B2B Direct.  This program requires five or more printers under contract.

TIME AND MATERIALS

B2B Direct is an authorized service provider for both Hewlett Packard and Brother.  We can facilitate warranty service on these brands.  In addition, B2B services many other brands.  We can provide printer service and repair on a time and materials basis within our service area.

1. Supplies customers receive a discounted rate on time and materials repairs.
2. B2B provides estimates for a $35 charge.  This is waived if repairs commence.
3. We can dispose of used printers and computers for a nominal fee.
4. Travel charges may apply.
